Ignore It (It'll go away)
I do need a new:
- MacPro to rip through the volume of digital/digitized shots I have.
Good point. I need an upgrade to my PPC Mac G5. I just keep adding on drives!

i wouldn't mind:
Mamiya 7ii and something to scan 120 with,
also a cv 35/2.5
i think i can probably do that, also a boat load of film

Considering selling the M6 if the new 50mm and I don't get along.
To buy:
Another P&S.
Something 6x7.
Lots of film, chemicals & paper. I reckon I can get 2 exhibitions in this year at least, time to start worrying about what subject and less about gear!

Lot's of repair bills this year... Got more than enough gear.
Summilux-M ASPH 1.4/35 (old type)
I've used this lens so much over the past 6-7 years that I wore out the inner focus coil or something and it has developed a slight wobble. My repair technician said it's good for the near future, but at some point it will need a full rebuild at Leica... So, much for the two lens approach to shooting...
Rolleicord III
Full overhaul needed by Harry Fleenor, including focus screen replacement.
Rolleiflex 2.8F
Needs a new focus screen.
Hasselblad 503cx
Seriously jammed... needs a full overhaul.
M6ttl / M7 / M4
Currently all out for repair.
M4
Currently being repainted.
Imacon scanner (used)
Maybe. But that is a very serious chunk of cash...
Lots of film...

My wish list. Seriously to not buy anything. I'm geared out, over geared actually and under photographing relative to my ratio of cameras. Of course I lurve having a range of cameras but I'm wishing to buy less and bend what I have to make the best photos that I can.
Of course if a medium format folder came along ....

Just a second Leica M body would be nice. A M6 or one of the M4's...
And just in case there is some real money to spend, the inevetable M9, multiple!

A 35mm lens, either a Biogon f/2 or a Nokton f/1.2. I can't decide what suits me more though. Decisions. Decisions.

Seeming as i spent most of last year buying cameras I think I'm done for a while...
although i will keep my eye on some op shops in town incase a supre cheap leica pops up (i know im dreaming but i can't afford one yet
)
But if i win some money i might by a Sony Nex, and much about with some old FD lenses...
I'm not sure about the X100 it looks like an amazing camera but maybe if i had a bit more cash to play with i would seriously consider it!
I love some of these wish lists! I dream of those cameras (like a M8) and lenses hopefully one day i'll get my leica and find out what the fuss is all about!
For now i might just get busy using a few of my cameras. (They seem to have bred while i wasn't looking and now I have 30 of the buggers! Hahaha, I'm sure some of you know what thats like

Le surrèalisme, c'est moi
-CV Nokton 50mm f/1.1
-CV Nokton 35mm f/1.2 or its replacement if there is one
-Leica Elmar-M 50mm f/2.8
-Zeiss ZM 25mm f/2.8
-Enlarger + other darkroom gear (we'll set it up at my best friend's place)
-Decent scanner
-New computer (this one is desperately needed actually)
-'51 Chevy Styleline Deluxe (already working on this one)
-And a bunch of film! I'm thinking I should buy 150 rolls of Fuji Acros, 200 or so of Tri-X, and a bunch of powder to make chemicals. Plus a small fridge to store the film, plus some beer, some of that Jack Daniels + ginger ale drink, and other assorted booze. I'll buy some color film later.
The above is what I'm planning to get, but if money flows extremely well next year, I'll try to get:
-Zeiss ZM 18mm
-Zeiss Ikon body
-Leica Summicrom 90mm pre-asph or Elmarit 90mm
-New DSLR, Pentax K-5 or Canon 5DIII
-Chevy 409 or other big block to drop into the '51 Styleline
+ some performance parts (hey, if I'm gonna make an engine swap, it better be worthwhile)
-CV Nokton 35mm f/1.2 or its replacement if there is one

Maybe a Biogon 28mm for my ZI, and a great holiday to walk around with it.

I've done the ZM 28/2.8 already.
Next I'm aiming at the ZM 21/4.5.
I did convince myself last year that I don't need the latter (having the CV 21/4). But hell, these ZM lenses are just plain addictive.
And I'm still begging Zeiss for a ZM 85/2.8, but they are not listening. :bang:

Still developing
1. Some multigrade filters + holder to convert my enlarger for variable contrast papers.
2. A whole lot of paper to catch up on 18 months of negatives
3. A lot of Provia 400X
4. Some Tri-X, to see if Tri-X in Diafine is a suitable replacement for Neopan 1600 in Diafine.
5. Time
1 is on the way, and I've got 4 waiting in the freezer for 5.

A better eye. A purer heart.
Agree.
Just to play the game, however, this is what could be on my wish list:
- 27" i7 Mac with all the bells and whistles
- D3s / D4 or whatever comes
- ZF 21 (even if there are other lenses from the ZF line I like, WA is the only compartment where I totally miss one, so why don't choose the best?)
On a completely different line, I might go for:
R8/R9 body + 35-70, 50 / 90 mm lens
M3 / M6 TTL / M7 / Zeiss Ikon + ZM 21 F/4.5 - Biogon 35 F/2 - Planar 50 F/2 - Summicron 90
As you see I have lots of options on how to spend money, whenever it comes

It looks like I am set, actually i need so sell some gear.
The only thing I desperately want is a Sonnar 50mm f1.5 in LTM (will sell my Canon 50mm f1.2 or Summitar to fund the purchase).
Also will keep an eye out for a Hasselblad X-Pan and mildly interested in the Fuji GF670W.
