25/4 P Color-Skopar on an M8

Yes. I use it with my M8 and have it coded with a sharpie. It's a great lens and makes a very compact kit with the M8.

Be aware that there is some variance in the flange tolerances between samples of the lens. My copy was so tight that sharpie marks gort rubbed off in one mounting. A quick trip to John Milich got coding pits milled into the flange. Works perfectly now.

Here's a shot from today. Coded as a 24mm f/2.8 'cron. IR/UV filter used.

Very compact and very sharp. So far I like it a lot on my M8.

No coding or IR filter.

Can you send the 25 P lens to Milich or does he just accept the adapter flange ?

Thanks

Generally, John prefers you send him the flange as it is much harder to break than the entire lens. Also costs a lot less to ship. The 25p is silly easy to remove with a quality jeweler's scewdriver. I recommend this one from Home Depot.
