Be aware that there is some variance in the flange tolerances between samples of the lens. My copy was so tight that sharpie marks gort rubbed off in one mounting. A quick trip to John Milich got coding pits milled into the flange. Works perfectly now.

Generally, John prefers you send him the flange as it is much harder to break than the entire lens. Also costs a lot less to ship. The 25p is silly easy to remove with a quality jeweler's scewdriver. I recommend this one from Home Depot.
