25mm f1.4 on G1

There are a lot of C mount 25mm fast lenses out there, originally made for 16mm movie cameras, from different brands, that can fit the G1 with the right adaptor. My question is, do these lenses cover the entire sensor of the G1. Also, the prices vary wildely, some selling for $100 while others are on ebay for close to $1000. Does anyone have experience using these on the G1.

Sorry to hijack the thread - but, Tuolumne - is there a native 25mm 1,4 coming for the micro four thirds? I haven't seen anything on this - although Amazon now lists the Leica as a "micro four third" lens...

I'm confused.

Some C mount lenses do cover the full frame, most do not.
