I have the v3 with the cutout shade and it’s large I suppose in leica land, however it’s funny to call it a “monster”. I’ve had very good luck with it but I have to say that it flares quite fiercely in the right light. I grabbed a v1 Cron which I like a bit better and can be had for just a few hundred more. However, the v3 has that signature “Mandler” rendering that you can see in some instances.
