Hola Jose,

Like Huck and Doug, I have the CV 28/3.5. I chose it over all of the other 28mm lenses you mention because I value portability and unobtrusiveness. Build quality and optical performance are more than adequate for me. There's a hint of vignetting wide-open but not to the extent of being objectionable.

Hey Vincent,

love the photo! I too have the 28/3.5 and chose it over the myraid of other 28mms for M/LTM cameras. It it fast enough to hand hold with 400 speed black and white film indoors and yet with colour 100 speed film produces wonderful landscape, environmental and architectural shots.

One more vote for the 25mm snapshot skopar over a 28mm. Two reasons: more focal distance from 35mm, comes w a viewfinder. The other 28's require buying a vf or using the whole of a camera's built in .72 vf, which eliminates the ability to see around the frame. Only problem w the 25/4 CV is speed. I own the 25 and 35 cv lenses, and find them excellent and well matched. La proxima vez que pase por Madrid te aviso.

Finally I bought a new Konica M 28/2.8 at my favourite shop in Madrid, new in the box for "only" 680 eur; I haven´t proved it because I´m waiting for a CV minifinder for my M3 that comes this week; I´m anxious to show you my first pics.... thanks for your help.

use caution w/ the hexanon - seems too pricey even for a new one. I had the 50mm and wasn't too impressed.

For 700 E you're close to the Leica 28 Elmarit-M/2.8. just my thought
