Summilux 28mm with Fuji Natura 1600

Wow, really love the look of Fuji Natura 1600 and the 28mm summilux. I would of never have thought to use that film with that lens, thanks for posting that.

Here are a couple of more from Myanmar. I really like the rendering (look) of the last photo.

What kind of film

Hi Michael,

Can you tell me what kind of color film you used for these examples?

Kind Regards,

For sure this is an expensive lens (at least for my income!) but in the right hands as in the photos posted here it gives impressive results!

Interesting comment by Michael about "stuffing" more infos into the frame when using a 28 compared to the 35. Thanks.

What I really like is Michael's ability to get in really close and yet still take pictures of people that are very natural. This is true of his 35mm series too.

Here are some from Myanmar. I was going there with one of my friends who has a 28mm summilux and his passport wasn't valid for the required 6 months, so the airport wouldn't let him fly. I asked him at the airport if I could take his 28mm summilux with me and he said yes. It was the only lens that I used on that trip.
