Dear Friends,

I am pleased to announce to you all that 4 of my photos are being published in the photography book by www.28mm.org The book is a collection of photographs by 50 photographers from all over the world (sounds familiar?) and the book could be purchased online at LuLu http://www.lulu.com/content/132193 I would like to declare that I am not getting paid for a single cent for this book and it is published in the spirit of sharing great images to all photography enthusiasts. 🙂

Regards,
Peter

Peter,
I am a dummy but does the title mean that all photos were taken with 28mm w/a lenses only? If so, I think that is a great idea. The 28mm w/a has become one of, if not, my favorite lens on all my 35mm cameras. I have the Minolta 28s for the SLRs and the CV C-S 28 for the B-R. Looking for to seeing this book!

Thank you so much guys! It seems that the RFF Book did start a trend among amateur photographers. We could see more such book in the future. Maybe RFF could start planning for RFF Book II? 🙂 The 28mm.org, as its name implies, encourage the usage of wide-angle lens. The idea being that to show nice portraits and close-ups isolate the subjects from its environments. When it was started a few years ago, they invited photographers to submit their works to them and they select photos and exhibit on the website in the form of online photography magazine. They have 14 issues at www.28mm.org and the final 15th issue is the printed version.

Just received the 28mm Book! Excellent printing and I must say that LuLu has improved since the RFF book! The work in the book is also really worth the money! 🙂
