28mm Elmarit

I'm looking into finding a used 28mm 2.8 Elmaritt but it seems that they are scarce on the market. I have seen a few from Leica Canada. Does anyone know what the quality differences are between the standard Leica and the ones branded Canada???

None. Exactly the same, except the German ones probably sell a little higher because of psychological appeal.
