But the question remains the same, asked on every forum by many newcomers to rangefinder cameras. Why not add information as time goes on?

Because I'm more interested in OP rather than well bitten horse.

Konica Hexar RF viewfinder has 0.6x magnification so the 28mm framelines are easy to see.

Except the left frame line is none existent and the corner is not very bright.hard to compose.
