3.5/65 Elmar (from Visoflex) can I use it on an m-mount body?

I may have the opportunity to pick up a pretty clean 3.5/65 Elmar with Visoflex unit- but I have no interest in using a Visoflex.

Is there any way -via adapter- to use this lens on a standard m-mount body without the Visoflex?

(That is a Visoflex, correct? I know nothing about them.)

No, the elmar is specifically designed for the Visoflex. If it is indeed in good shape, they can make a nice price. Depends on how much you have to pay, but you could make a nice profit.
