I finally finished a roll of Arista EDU Ultra-200 35mm film and developed it in Rodinal 1:25 for 5 minutes at 68 degrees F. Grain seems tight and accutance pretty good. I want to experiment more but a 100 feet roll for $20 is beginning to look like a pretty decent deal.
Both attached pictures have been manipulated. They were scanned at 3200 dpi and one was reduced to 100 dpi (the peach) while the other is a crop from the full negative at 3200 dpi. I used a sharpening tool on the cropped picture and worked on contrast, etc. a little. The detail is still pretty decent for a 200 ISO film IMO.
If the EDU Ultra-400 is as good, I'll be pleased.
