35mm f2 Biogen questions

If I purchase a 35mm Zeiss F2.0 biogen, am I going to run into problems with the rear element hitting my light sensor on an M5?

The rear element of the ZM Biogon lenses does not stick that far into the camera like the old 1930s era Biogons did, and the lens is not a collapsible, so it should be fine.
