Hi all, I'm seriously considering getting hold of the Ricoh GR, but I'm very much a 35mm kind of man. I see that the GR has a crop mode for just this purpose and I'd be very happy to use it if only I could find a 35mm external viewfinder.
It seems that the Voigtlander 28/35 Viewfinder might do the trick (http://bit.ly/1fjT2L7), but I guess it might be trouble acquiring one as they've been discontinued.
Are there any readily available options out there?
Thanks for your help!

a little bit ghetto-ish but I bought this on ebay
http://www.ebay.ca/itm/181212733229?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649
as I liked the idea of a big VF that could do both 28 and 35, plus it's 1/4 the price of the Ricoh or even Voigtlander VF
i should have it in a week or two, will then let you know how accurate it is

The CV 35mm viewfinder. Simple.
Or look for a vintage used contax, Leica, canon, or Nikon 35mm viewfinder.

I tried using the sigma dp1m ovf... Even as small as this ovf is, it made it harder to get in and out of my pants pocket.. So I decided not to put one on unless I need it
