35mm Summilux ASPH vs. pre-Asph

Its the $3,000 price tag of the ASPH that doesn't work for most people....I want a 35lux, and the pre-ASPH are like $1200 and the ASPH is 3 times more expensive.

I got mine three years ago when they were somewhat less expensive (2,200).

I would not pay $3,000 now, I'd probably get the 35mm ZM Biogon.
