May I ask if you use uv/ir filter on your lux 35 pre asph on M8? If yes, how do you attach it on the lens? Thanks.

I have never used any IR filter at all with my M8. If there is a color shift or purple shade, I take care of it with LR5 or CS2. Mostly, it is not an issue.
The pre-asph Lux came with a lens hood that has a built-in UV filter.
