35mm Summmicron front of lens rotating

I mis-threaded a 39mm lens cap on my v3 35mm Summicron. In the process of getting it off, the whole front of the lens now rotates, so if I'm turning the aperture ring, the mark itself moves.

What the hell did I do and is there any way to fix it or have it fixed? I'm sick over it. Nothing else in the lens appears to be loose.

You just loosened the inner lens thread. Screw it back in tight.
