I have a Leica MD-2 and want to add a Voigtlander 35/2.5 to it with the appropriate viewfinder. (As a reminder, the MD-2 is a bare bones camera with no rangefinder, designed for use with various scientific scopes.)

For viewfinders, I've tried a Voigtlander (the newer, conical version) and the Leica SBLOO. (I've also used the wonderful 50mm Voigtlander finder that resembles a sort of Art Deco search light. If only it came in 35mm!)

I like the build and price of the Voigtlanders, but with the Leica I see a bit more--I wear eye glasses.

Are there other viewfinders worth considering?

those are the best two I have used. Considering the cost, I am sticking with the CV finder.

I literally 'invested' the price of a CV 35 finder in various cheaper versions that never proved satisfactory. The new metal CV finder, with the addition of a thin rubber washer cemented to the back, works well - even with glasses. The Leica version will cost you far more and not serve you any better.
