I bought two from Heavystar and was very happy with them; he's efficient and combines shipping. But American Eagle's look very similar, if not identical (although the photos on his listings are crummier) and they're consideraby cheaper.

I already have one from American Eagle, Its not bad. It's squarer than Heavystar's version. Heavystars appear more like a Leica made product, which is good too. Even it is simply a matter of style.

I have to say though the guage of metal on the item I have isn't very thick, but not terribly thin either. I expect it to get dinged someday.

Better to ding a lens hood than the lens any day. When I am all set with a Visa or Paypal account I will get a couple of these from either seller.
