As John mentions, that's the VOOLA.
I use a SOOGZ for my 9cm Elmar and my Industars.
But there is a new "VOOLA"-esque solution:

Might be worth checking out?

That looks like a VALOO lens hood designed for use with the Elmar when used as an enlarging lens. Tried one of those too and found while it did work, it's a pretty hefty thing to have hanging off the end of your Elmar!

Dirk from JapanExposures.com has new 19mm UV filters from Kenko. They work very well on my 50mm Elmars and my 35mm Elmar. They also fit the MS-Optical 35f3.5 Perar.

I got a Marumi 19mm filter for about $10 a few years ago. It never leaves the lens.

Setting aperture is okay for me, putting and keeping a damn lens cap on isn't. The flat Leitz ones pop off very easily, the convex Leitz caps are a little better, but I find plastic ones the best.

I have an A36 FIOLA UV filter on fleaBay at the moment.

The smaller ones are way more convenient though.

Remarkable that Heliopan still make this size. They don UV, skylight, warm-ups and even a polariser.
