I had two minolta 50f2 rokkor SLR lenses
I butchered one to adapt it on my enlarger
(a M42 krokus 3 )
Very nice result, I have hight luminosity to focus and "read" the neg and excellent lens quality , especialy around f8
That's great, i don't have to buy another 50mm M42 lens witch may be not that good and full of fungus
the adaptation is removable, leaving me the possibility to use my a bit durty 80mm for medium format printing

Cyrille,
From your link here I just looked through your Flickr album. Wow! Stunning! Some of the naval yard shots are really classic. I'm sure you'll put your new enlarger lens to great use.
Cheers,
Karl

Usable yes, but a camera lens is not optimized for enlarging.
Be sure to stop down before using your grain magnifier, too.
