Anyone have success 6-bit coding the Nokton 35mm f/1.2 lens?
I tried it but there is a flange screw in the way...
Seems this would pose a problem for John Milch as well.

I did code it myself with a sharpie. You have to paint the screw head that is under the coding area white for it to work properly.
After that worked I emailed John and the response was it is possible to do, so I sent the mount off to him. I'm waiting to get it back. Should be soon

I had JM mill mine, got it back and coded it as a Summicron per Sean Reid's suggestion. The screw didn't pose a problem. I just covered it with white nail polish.

I managed to code it, using Tippex for the screw. However, the coding wore off after mounting the lens twice, so I use it uncoded without any cyan shift.
