60mm macro Elmarit repair?

Hi!

I am a proud owner of a 60mm Elmarit but suddenly in very cold weather the focusing ring became loose. I managed to unscrew the ring and some kind of a cracked rubber ring fell out. I am able to reassemble it but the focusing ring always screws off when I try to focus.
Is there any solution to this? I really like that lens and sending it to Leica or Westlicht must be pretty expensive...

Can't give any repair tips (sorry) but I had a similar problem with one of my ME60 (at one time I had two -- don't ask). Just to give a ballpark figure, repair at my local repair guy went for 100E. He did mention the repair required a fair bit of precision, though, obviously, not so much as having to send it back to Leica.
