Hmm. I've got a roll of Ektar I've been saving for something. Might re-roll it to 620 and shoot it with my Kodak Medalist....

I thought I still had a roll of T-Max 100, but mostly 400 speed stuff. So I dug out one of my last rolls of Velvia (expired 1999-10), and plan to convert it to b&w. That's what happens when you shoot a camera with one speed (1/50) and one aperture (f11).

The lab only does E-6 on Thursdays, so I won't get the pics posted until Friday.

Fujichrome Velvia 50 (exp. 10-1999) is not conducive to using in a camera with fixed settings of 1/50 @ f11 even on a bright day (Kodak Brownie Bull’s-Eye). It needed at least two more stops of exposure (one for each decade), and then by shooting with a 6x9 camera, that meant that all the shots would be pre-cropped because the lab scanner can only go up to 6x7.

There is a bit of camera shake evident in some photos. And even though I re-shot the first one because I forgot to take the lens off the 10ft focus click stop, the infinity version doesn’t look all that much better. Could be because it is from the bottom third of the frame.
