Dirk, I really like this portrait, as it raises issues about culture, style, and the generations.
Thanks Doug - I think, she is in her early 50's.
This is what I love about China - a lot of people around still don't have this attitude, we get infused in our western cultures since childhood, to behave normally and do what is proper.
She is just enjoying herself - I like that.

more Mamiya ZD + 80/2.8 AF:
Here is one in Fuji 160 Pro NS (645Pro TL + 80/1.9):
TriX @ 1600 (645Pro TL + 80/1.9):
I absolutely love the Mamiya 645 system - it is probably the most universal system to start MF with, which can be flexibly extended with so many other gear, while still be a LOT more affordable than Contax and Hasselblad.
You can start out with a 645 film body and some manual focus glass, put a digital body on it, use the glass on a Leica S, use Hasselblad glass on the Mamiya bodies or almost any barrel lens or MF lens for that matter, as the Mamiya bodies come with focal plane shutters, … I wish I had found out earlier about the Mamiya 645 stuff!
Also the Mamiya lenses are fully compatible with the Mamiya ZD, which I consider the EPSON R-D1 of digital medium format cameras - a timeless classic with a colour palette to die for (maybe that's just me though
😀 ).
