70mm test strip request

I've decided to cut and roll 70mm film to 64mm/127 format and need couple feet or so of junk film for designing a long roll film cutter; can someone help?
.
I also need a center post or two from a roll.

The idea is to cut an entire roll at a time and I'm thinking of using roller bearings from old Polaroid cameras as guides; any suggestions?
