75mm 2.5 Heliar - loose aperture ring and forward element

I have a Voigtlander 75mm 2.5 Heliar that I'm guessing has a loose retainer or ring somewhere. The front portion of the lens has a definite loose fit as if something holding the two loosened up. Basically, its the aperture ring and forward that feels like one unit, and the rest of the lens as another. They have a wiggle and I can pull the lens forward forward a few millimeters.

Does anyone know the likely cause of this, if it can be corrected DIY, or a couple good candidates on where I can send it in for repair?
