7dayshop phone number anyone? Help!!

I placed an order with 7dayshop last thursday(8th)and paid for next day dispatch. Been waiting for my order to arrive, look on the website and discover it has been dispatched.... 13th (today) I'm not happy as I really needed the film by this thursday. I would like to contact them to complain. I've gone through the "contact us" option on the site but I'm not confident it will be read by the following thursday if at all! Anyone have a phone number for them? Many thanks

Don't have a phone number,but last night at 11pm I contacted them via the contact us page,and got a reply this morning,so you might be in luck.

Bloody good luck to you Nigel on trying to find a number for them. I searched all over to try and get a number for them and even contacted AP to see if they could help but got no reply. In fact if you search the net you'll find others complaining too.
Never did get my order and was never contacted. My account still shows 'awaiting payment'. Yet oddly enough I placed another order and received it okay.

Sorry i can't help you out but can re-enforce the fact that their after sales customer service stinks.

Just found this on the net:

7dayshop don’t have a customer support phone line. Sure, there’s a phone number on their who is record (01481 257336) but it’s answered by a machine telling you to fill in the support form!

"7 day shop" does not file accounts at companies house. They are therefore x, trading as 7 day shop. Their address is Landes Du Marche, Guernsey. You could try the Guernsey chamber of commerce and see if they can help.

Thanks guys. They have sent the order today so at least it's not as bad as Kuvvys' experience, just a bit peeved that after paying the extra to get it quicker it's taken them five days to dispatch it. The film was partly as back-up for a job on Thursday and I thought I had left plenty of time for a friday dispatch from Guernsey to reach here by tomorrow. Now I will have to buy some more film locally at a considerably higher price. Ce'st La Vie!

I've bought from them once before and don't recall the service being too bad. In future I'll have to order two weeks in advance to play safe.

For urgent deliveries try Mathers of Lancashire. I used them in the past (a few years back - had a digital spell in the past two years). When I phoned them, film was there next day (1st class). Anyone more recent experience?
