8$ grip for R-D1 - sort of

I love my R-D1, but miss the grip. After reading several tread about it here, I still couldn´t find a solution I wanted to try (I even hacked by Bessa grip, not a good idea..). My solution: I bought a SNOB, 8$ from www.leicagoodies.com. To make it stick properly I had to use super glue, so the solution is maybe not tempting for everyone - but it works! On the picture is also the SLING mounted on the camera. 🙂

That's really funny, I've been thinking of different grip ideas for my Nikon S2, and came up with Your idea with the SNOB just this morning! Just don't feel like super-glueing something on a vintage Nikon...
