Is it possible to get 828 Bantam film anywhere these days? I just got lucky on ebay with an auction for a Kodak Bantam Special, and it would be nice to put some film through it.

Thanks for the links. Unfortunately B&H is out of stock. I clicked on a link to be notified if they get any in again.

Too bad, I have some of my Father-in-Laws 828 slides from the late 40s and the early 50s and they are beautiful. It is amazing how that slight increase in negative size puts all my 35mm slides to shame:

Hard exposure, and light for 1947: but................:

Yes, I saw the "out of stock" warning, but it's still worth a try.

1 minor warning if you haven't shot the Bantam Special before & are relying on the user manual: the original 828 film had perforations so the loading was semi-automatic (like an Agfa Super Isolette or ZI Super Ikonta) so you didn't have to use the red window after lining up the 1st frame. The modern, hand-made, 828, lacks the perforations, so you have to line up each frame using the red window.
