With care, I can get my 90mm Summicron to focus well enough – but it takes a bit of to-ing and fro-ing. Here's a panning shot where I released the shutter as the car reached the bit of track on which I had previously focussed (the driver's face is not quite sharp due to motion blur, rather than any focusing error). I used an old Tewe zoom finder, set at 135mm.
