90 summicron front cap

Hi all, i just got my 90mm. summicron M 2nd version Canada, it's beautiful! almost like new.
Can't wait to start to use it. The only problem does not have a front cap, I need to buy one.
Does anybody knows wich one goes on? diameter size?

Supposedly Version 2 takes 49mm caps, according to Erwin Puts' list. The current Leica 49mm cap is part # 14001.

My black 9cm cron Canada is 2.505 with a vernier across the 'toothed' section the 2.8 Elmarit is similar, and origional cap must be expensive...

It takes 'normal' 48mm screw in filters, and has tripod adopter half way in, it is good weight training...

you can find them at a few places online, like KEH.. but be forewarned that the shipping cost can easily exceed the item price
