90mm collapsible elmar haze.

The optical unit is secured by a set screw on the side. Unscrewing the set screw allows the optical unit to be removed from the focus unit.
The rear element can be unscrewed from the back, and the front black metal ring can be unscrewed using a rubber tool (such as a lens wrench or rubber grip).
The optical unit is relatively easy to clean, but the focus unit is not—it features a very complex design.

Does the front element just screw out ccw with a spanner?

Just a tip. When the haze sits on the coating. One cause is oil that migrates from the helical grease, another is mould. If the oil sits there for a long time, it becomes resin like. An Isobutane cleaner for solder flux can do the trick if normal lens cleaning liquids fail. Make sure you use an extractor to avoid breathing any fumes. I had succes cleaning haze out of Meyer Oreston 100mm lenses. Be careful though, because lens elements can be cemented with canada balsam resin.
