Have a 90 Tele-Elmarit that I have loved since I got it 37 years ago. One day I noticed these awful translucent "spidery processes" that resembled chicken scratchings on my lens. All over the lens. I put the lens out in the light with no caps on daily for a month. Nothing. Little processes were still there. A q-tip saturated with vinegar application followed by a water application and complete drying has resulted in complete removal!! Am I lucky or what? 😀 😀

Not sure how to answer your question. When I looked through the lens from the front where the Tele-Elmarit is marked I could see them at the other end. Looking the opposite way I saw nothing. Hope this answers the question.I'm not sure if where they were located is front or back of lens. Sorry. BTW, I "treated" both front and rear elements.

No disassembly!

No disassembly!

With my limited skills if I can't see it directly I leave it to someone with the skills to accomplish it. Luckily, this was simple.🙂
