A 35 USD f/1,7 lens for NEX

Fujian 35/1,7 CCTV lens on a NEX-5N

My conclusion is a inexpensive and great fun lens to be used fully open at f/1,7 with a dreamy soft rendering and very soft edges. The manual focus works fairly well given the small DoF. And where else can one find a f/1,7 lens for USD 35?

Yes, I have used that lens for a while and although it does not really work as a regular lens, its effects can be great fun!

I'd forgotten how much "fun" it is to try nailing critical focus shooting close up handheld with a large aperture lens!
