A Battery on a digital camera

Any problem leaving a fully charged battery in the charger until I need it? Or is it better to pull it out?

I have no qualms doing so with band name quality chargers and the matching original cells, unless the specifications advise against it. But YMMV, I would not do it with no-name chargers, and even avoid it with off-brand batteries - if there is a mismatch between the battery requirements and what the charger considers safe switch-off conditions, it will eat significantly into the already limited life time of the battery...
