Sometime early in 2017, I cleaned up my Industar-22, then set it aside because I needed to get a good Zorki-1 to use it on (mine had finally worn out). Later that year I got a really nice Zorki-1d that had just been overhauled. I had also expanded my FSU lens collection to include some Jupiters (8 and 12), and had an I-26m from a Zorki-6 to also use. Long story short, it took me a while to get around to shooting with the I-22, like in February of this year. Now here it is July, and I'm finally posting the scans.

I must say the lens matches up very well with the Zorki-1d body, with focus ranges of close, medium, and infinity giving the same high quality results. It will reside there forever more, as I can't see any reason to use any other lens on my Barnack clone.

Shot on my last roll of Fujifilm Neopan Acros 100.

I'll be adding some more in a day or two.

Those are really excellent shots. I once owned an I-22 and it was an amazingly good lens, especially for what I paid for it (close to nothing compared to its German and Japanese made competition). It will also deliver fine results on color film.

I had it three times. At least...
Some clean I-22 with П, KOMZ (Kazan city factory made), have to clean it and now Zorki labeled to match my Zorki.
PT5750 common version made in 1949-50.
Even lens cap is with Zorki. :)

Very cool PF. I've been wanting to add an I-22 to my FSU collection. Maybe a Barnack clone too...

Thanks, Colton. I recommend the Zorki-1d because it has a cast body that doesn't flex, unlike the earlier models with their plate metal construction.

Thanks, David. This lens came on my first Zorki-1d/b (cludged together from two different models), and other than needing a cleaning, I've always been happy with it.

I have the PT5755 version, Ko, plus the Zorki cap!
