I have acquired a M3 and to upgrade it and replace a lost eye piece I visited this site to see who the craftsmen are. The first was to replace the vulcanite which was in bad shape so to Cameraleather, Morgan Sparks has a great site very informative and DIY pictures are great. The only problem is customer service, there isn't any. You literally have to goad the man into reaction before you get your skin. Then it may not be perfect as I found out.
Next I turned to the lost eye piece DAG was the perfect call. Not only did Don respond immediately he also sent the item immediately what a contrast!
I would repeat business with Don anytime he does what he says but Sparks is of a different cloth and it is unfortunate that he seems to be the only source around. Any other comparisons?

I appreciate the feedback on one of the resources serving the RFF community, and I find it even more valuable if corroborated or countered by additional users' experiences. But une bitch-fest threat is plenty, I agree.

I ordered an OM-1 cover from Morgan and got it promptly. Just sayin'.

However Hostgator (post Endurance buyout), vs Media Temple now that is a very stark contrast as I have recently discovered.
