I agree with the statement that if you don't need alot of movements (any at all? hah!) A crown graphic would be just fine.
Personally, I would try and get a speedgraphic, for it's focal plane shutter. It's got a built in shutter that will go to 1/1000th (on most models?) which lets you use lenses that don't have shutters (like very old lenses, or lenses with broken/sticking shutters). But the speed is heavier than the crown, so it's a trade off I suppose.

FWIW, I've got a well-loved Crown Graphic coming in the mail, should be here in a couple days. Came with a 127mm lens, a couple film boards.
I'll post some impressions & photos once I get the hang of using the thing.

If the 127mm lens is a Kodak Ektar, it's a keeper. works on any 4x5 and smaller format camera.
You can date the lens following Kodak's CAMEROSITY code. The first two letters in the lens serial number indicates the year it was made. If there is an L in cirlcle, or the word Luminized on the lens, it is coated.
