I found a dust particle in the lens (summicron-m f2/35mm), and located in the middle. Will it affect my photo? and How can I clean it? or have to send it somewhere for cleaning?:bang:

no, it will not affect your image in any way. don't even try to clean it yourself (or even send it to an expert) as you'd be likely to get more dust in your lens trying to remove one dust particle.

dust is just a fact of life (there's even a science book called "the secret life of dust")

Don't bother. If the internal lens surfaces aren't fogged up more or less evenly, a single particle won't interfere in the least.

Even an amount of dust that most people would call "a lot" doesn't seem to have an effect on the images. Don't dwell on the spot of your lens that has that one dust particle, instead, think of how much of the area of the lens is dust-free!

Lenses are not air-tight and just the action of focusing back and forth (and zooming in and out on a zoom lens) pulls air, and whatever dust is in that air, into the lens. It's inevitable that you will see some dust in every lens.
