Hi all,

In June of this year my girlfriend who works in film and TV as a script supervisor put my name forward to be the set photographer on a short film called "Closedown." I have previously worked on a film set where I met here but there was an actual photographer on that one and I was just shooting BTS on the downtime between taking the dalies to the lab and scanning them in so this was my first time as THE Phototgrapher.

Im really rather pleased with the results considering these were all shot on my trusty Nikon F2 and 50mm 1.4 AIS and I havent shot anything professionally in about 5 years and next to nothing personally either. Was certainly a baptism of fire on the first day with the interior shots, maybe 2 minuites between sets to get the shots so very fast paced and at the very very limit of what I could manage lighting wise even shooting at 6400 ISO on Kodak Vision 500T. All was worth it and I have been shocked at how well these have wet printed - although these are all a mix of frontier and flextight scans. Let me know what you think! In total films were a total mix of 500T, TMAX P3200, Orwo UN54, Orwo NC400 and I think some TMax 100

Overall im really rather pleased with these - especially the shots indoors in the front room scene - I was completely out of practice, the light was on the absoloute limit and I only managed to grab about 3 mins to set up read the light make adjustments and get those shots so I was bricking it the whole time thinking I would get nothing! All in all really couldnt be happier.
