Something's weird there. The buyer seems to have bought nothing but toy cars and trinkets up to this point. It could be a hijacked account. But I fail to see what anyone would gain from hijacking an account and bidding some item up way over what it is worth, unless it is just done as a prank ("cyber-vandalism"?).
