The mailman dropped these off on my porch this afternoon.
Pretty little mjuII zoom. I need a battery for this one, so all I can do for now is gaze lovingly at it.

Nikon's first foray into AF Point and Shoot. Seems like a nice camera. Solidly built, yes. Stealthy? No. There will be no sneaking up on people with this camera, it makes the AF35M2 sound as quiet as a a ninja assassin by comparison.

I tried gazing lovingly at my camera and it did not return the love.

Yes, they are not quite as good as dogs are in that way. But better than many women that I have known.I tried gazing lovingly at my camera and it did not return the love.

It takes a CR123A or DL 123A. I have batteries ordered, the camera just got here first. if I get too impatient, I think I can get them at WalMart or Radio Shack.

I have a bunch of rechargeable CR123...You can get 4 of them and a charger for few dollars on eBay I found them very useful...many cameras gets power from that kind of batteries...mostly are P&S (Olympus Mju series,Canon Sure Shot series...) but there are even some SLRs (Nikon F80-F60)
