A hair-like line in the corner of RF patch of M6

Just a fwe days ago I suddently noticed some weird hair-line curved line appearing in the upper right corenr of RF patch of my M6. Doesn't seem to affect focusing in any way, not always visible (depends on angle of view. subject's brightness, etc)...but it is certanily there and sometimes is kind of mentally-disturbing to me.
The strange thing is that I did not notice it earlier shooting with the camera last 2 months, but since is is not 100% visible in all conditions, cannot attest it wasn't there earlier.
What it can be ? Can it be some kind of dirt delve into RF assembly innards ? Other thaen that, cannot see any external ways for the dirt to get into RF compartment other then from lens mount (camera with lens removed and lens mount exposed to the environment), though do not remember keeping the camera without lens attached for more then few seconds several time switching the lenses....

Any hints ?

Thanks Magus. Checked the external surfaces, even cleaned them carefully just to be sure my stupidity isn't that overwhelming...it is still there. So I guess it somehow made its way inside...
Since no any impact to camera operation, I guess it will be best just to take it easy and let it be as it is until a possible CLA in some future....
 
Inside the small window viewed from the front of the camera (MPs at least), there is a little diagonal line across one of the top corners, I forget which. This is the case in the three MPs that have been thru my hands (one returned leaving me with two). I only noticed it after a month on one camera, thought it was a crack and checked with the other bodies only to find the exact same straigh little line. I think it is a reflection of some straight surface on the inside but is certainly not a crack or a fault. you may be referring to something quite different however...

The film base is coated with a gelatine emulsion, many mites (arachnids) like gelatine (an animal product) although the Ag salts wont do them any good, bit like C2H5OH. Mishandling film creates large and small particles (shards) of film.

When I was in 20s my Nikon F used to breed mites, removing the prism, screen and back and using a blower brush was frequently necessary, this would not have harmed them.
