Oh, and some actors and other stuff.

Can anyone figure out what the really long lens is? It's not the 135/2.8, it's way too small for that. One of the old visoflex-specific long lenses, sans visoflex?

The best camera is one that still works!
What's wrong with these morons who research the factual data for these flicks?
The guy's using an M8 and we're hearing a DSLR ... why not just use a DSLR as the camera prop and stop trying to be clever by choosing a non main stream camera.
That said the M8 does look good and is the star of the movie for me because rest looks pretty ordinary.

Film, the next evolution.
Great !!! This will REALLY help towards assuring people that street photographers are not perverts. :bang:
Mismatched sound effects are a constant problem with motorbikes in films as well. Watch Black Rain with Michael Douglas. Gangsters riding 2-stroke dirtbikes in Chinatown that sound like 4-stroke sportsbikes.

I love how the m8 gets about 6-7 fps.
I just might check this movie out now.

I think I could see a vertical line in his frames. Those night shots must have to had tons of noise reduction on them. That would be great if the movie had a subplot of him trying to stay with his Leica M8 when the other woman tries to get him to use a nikon D3x....
Looks like an interesting movie actually.

Doesn't sound at all like any of my Nikon DSLR's...more like the film SLR's!

"To be honest, it would not have been our choice. Maybe we were having clearance issues with Canon or something. Honestly, a guy who does this sort of photography wouldn’t just have a small camera with a tiny lens. He would have an array of lens and stuff. But Leicas are cool-looking cameras, and they have a history and all that. There’s definitely something sexy about the Leica versus your typical camera."
