I don't understand how a US health care reform is going to 'cost' anything. The major problem with US health care today is that it is too expensive, - and too inefficient (and possibly bad too). Any 'reform' has to adress these issues.
The correct assignation would be Debt Star II: including the "unfinished" business from the first Debt Star (c. 2000-2008). You don't get to places like this overnight. 😉
