Steve Huffs predictions are typically reliable- I mention this article for the Monochrome, maybe if a newer MM comes out, it will create used MM's? That I also will NOT be able to ju$tify or afford…. I also find the raw brass M 240 “Lenny Kravitz” special edition very amusing.

My dream camera is not another limited edition of a highly priced digital Leica. I just wish that Cosina Voigtlander would have the capital and balls to produce an upgraded version of the Epson R-D1x.

That has nothing to do with Huff, who's parroting another site's "prediction." Of course Leica is working on a new Monochrom. That shouldn't be a surprise.

Perhaps call the Monochrom M-240 the MM-240.
I already own a MM, but I would likely get a MM-240.
I would keep my MM so getting a MM-240 would allow me to carry two digital monochrome cameras to avoid lens changing and dust. Lens pairs: 28 Cron/50 Lux ASPH; or BP 35 Cron ASPH/90 F-4.0 Macro Elmar.
I'd have to buy the new Macro Adapter that came out for the M-240. When I secured a used 90 Macro Elmar I did not like the needed eyes to get the foot of closer focus.
I hope they strip out the video function though.
