Pentax just recently announced some new cameras, among them a new Q7 with a larger sensor. Based on my initial look it appears to be a very nice camera. Check the link below for more info.

I'm actually looking forward to it. I enjoy my Q with a prime right now.

The best camera is one that still works!

LOL! That's not the worst combo, believe me. There are 120 color combos to choose form, including all black

Pentax always had funky colors. only white Leica M8 comes close
not a camera for me though, too many other options available.

i think the 1/1.7" BSI specwise sounds pretty decent should be a fun camera to play with if only the price was right!

I would order one if I could find a way of getting a kit with the Q1 lens in black.
It seems it's zoom lens only in the US; the Q1 (e.39mm) prime is not available
I figure 39mm would make a good pairing with the 28mm Ricoh GRD.

ISO12800 on a 1.7'' sensor would give pretty unique result.

It is reportedly the same sensor as their digital MX.

I find these cameras intriguing, but then I always have to remind myself that I've never liked the results from small sensor cameras; the image quality is kind of flat and strange looking to me.

I have the Fotodiox Leica M39 Adapter and use a number of my Leica lenses with mine. They are all telephotos but they still give some awesome bokeh. I also picked up a 25mm Sonnetar 1.1 (135mm eq) made for the Q by MS Optical and it is a great little portrait lens.
There are three areas where this little camera really shines IMHO. It is a great wildlife/bird camera, a magnificent little macro and, with the 01 prime lens, a great street shooter. Since the new Q7 sensor will turn the 01 prime to a moderate wide angle it will be even better in that regards.

Looks like that underwater camera Nikon came out with years ago.
