Sales should be brisk, but will you benefit from all the incremental tweaks? I think that the faster autofocus is the big news. Lower noise and higher resolution are nice, but the 100 is not really wanting.

Split screen can't be an X100 update since this requires PDA.

It looks like you can reuse your lens hood.

Will my X100 half-case fit the 100S?

I'm sure I read somewhere that the body was unchanged, so I'd assume so.

I will. If the AF lives up to the billing, then they just made my favorite camera even better... could be a game changer for me.
