I figure that guy's English is way better than my Ukrainian; I can only imagine how awful anything I tried to post to a Ukraine web site would read.
I don't know enough about Welturs to judge the merits of the camera vs the price, though the film gate is clearly messed up--is that camera adjustable for neg size?
His other stuff seems reasonably priced for what it is.

The guy's English is non-existent, he's using Babelfish. Even if it does produce amusing results, it's still a minor miracle. If it wasn't a yahoo product, it would live on my toolbar.

I remember it took me a long time to figure out what a "skin box" was when I was looking at Babelfish/Google translated Chinese camera sites!
So, yes, I agree it's pretty impressive.
